Karli's Crab Cakes!!

2 Cups Lump Crab Meat

1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

1/4 t Ground Black Pepper

1 T Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1/2 t Garlic Powder

1 t Salt

1/4 Cup Miracle Whip

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

1/4 t Curry Powder

1 T Orange Blossom Honey

1. Mix all of the above ingredients together

2. Once mixed well get a medium sauté pan and over medium heat drizzle the pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3. Make the above mixture into 8 Crab Cakes

4. Sauté on each side for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately

Makes 8 Crab Cakes
