Karli's Turkey Omelet Cups!

  • 1 Jumbo Cupcake Pan
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 6 Slices Turkey Meat (Sliced Thick)
  • 4 Slices Turkey Bacon diced
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion Sliced
  • Optional:
    • 1 Small Tomato
    • 1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
    • 1/4 Cup Green Peppers
    • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees
  2. Spray each cup of the pan with Non-Stick Spray and Fold the slices of Turkey in each cup to make the shape of a cupcake paper
  3. Place the Sliced Green Onions in each of the Turkey bowls
  4. Crack the eggs one by one and whisk each egg until they are perfectly mixed. Pouring one whole egg in each of the turkey cups, (Don’t worry if some of the egg comes out of Turkey and in the cup), and season with Salt and Pepper.
  5. Cover each egg mixture with the diced Bacon
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until turkey has golden brown edges

Makes 6 Turkey Omelet Cups

  • If you want to make these more like traditional omelets, Sauté the Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Peppers and add them to the base of the bowl with the Green Onions, and sprinkle the Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top of the Bacon.
