Come On And Kiss Me

Karli Says: Anyone who’s been listing to my music for a while knows that I never record happy love songs. It’s not that I never wanted to, it was just I could never find the right one. Well all of that changed the second I heard this song. I thought it was the perfect mix of sweet and sassy. It was so much fun to sing, because I think we can all relate to moments like this in our lives. This is the first song I recorded with my new producers New Voice Entertainment, we just finished it a month ago and I’m so excited for you to hear it! Be sure to let me know what you think!

I Didn’t

Karli Says: I met the amazing Sherrie Austin when we were both performing at an event. I’ve always been a fan, so it was exciting to get to meet and hang out with someone I had looked up to. She was even more fabulous in person that I had hoped. I had such a great time with her. I performed first then she followed me by singing this song! As I listened to the words, I thought to myself I’ve never wanted to record a song so bad in my life! I was obsessed with the line, “he thought he was God…..and I Didn’t!” I knew I wasn’t the only woman in the world that could relate, so three weeks later I was in the studio recording it!

Ohio

Karli Says: I don’t think it’s possible to be from Ohio and not love the state, and most of all the Buckeyes! I co-wrote this song with Eric Wintersteller, and we just tried to capture some of the special things about our home state! GO BUCKS!

Did You Know

Karli Says: No one does heartbreak better than Country music and this song is the perfect example of that. I thought the writers Wade Kirby and Will Robinson, painted the perfect picture of being in a rough place in a relationship. I thought it was really relatable, and so country!

I’m Having A Good Day

Karli Says: You know, the first time I heard this song, I instantly fell in love with it. I thought it was so much fun, and I thought the attitude was awesome, but most of all, I loved that the party started after the guy left! This song is also special to me because I became such good friends with all of the songwriters: Lorna Flowers, Mary Francis, Karen Keeley and Tom Templeman.
